I had an absolute blast on this camp, even though on Day 1 I questioned why the hell I wanted to do it! It was tough, challenging and it broke me, but that’s what it is designed to do. I came away from the camp feeling on top of the world, there was a massive sense of acomplishment and achievement. The coaching was exceptional, it catered for all levels and on top of that, I’ve gotten to know so many athletes and made new friends! Highlight was riding the great ocean road every day! Lowlight was being a light sleeper, but ear plugs solved that! Highly recommend to anybody of any fitness level. There is literally something for everyone. Thank you to the coaches for pushing me and getting the best out of me, I feel I’m capable of anything now.

Attending for a decade plus as a parent and as an athlete , a very well organised and run camp. Credit to all involved. The training program is designed for all levels in which gives you a spur and a new base level at the start of the new season . Looking forward to next year.

Had an awesome weekend, it was challenging and fun filled, and great to spend time with like minded individuals. All needs were met, will definitely be returning next year.

It was such a great camp to take your training to the next level! I feel like I have come away a lot stronger on the bike, being able to conquer hills and riding distances I never thought I would 6 months ago. It was also great to get to know a number of other athletes in the club and I would definitely recommend the camp.

Even though I had some injuries and couldn’t participate in all the sessions, this camp proved a turning point for me in my training and gave me much needed confidence to build once I recover from my injuries. A great way to interact with and get to know other team members also. Will definitely be back for next year.
